DTDC Courier & Cargo — letter | |||
My courier tracking is showing it is not delivered as it is in non serviceable area but i am sending courier in that same address from quite long time and in dtdc only. Please intervene in this matter and solve my problem. If the area is non serviceable it must be informed at the time of taking the booking from the facility. It is very important official letter and for that i am having so much problem. I have to receive my courier by Thursday but I haven't received it yet...I tried to contact dtdc customer care at medchal but no one is responding...
