DTDC Courier & Cargo — loss of business

Dear DTDC team,

We have started a new online shopping cart company and for surprise we have got 13 orders on the first day. We wanted to test the service of every courier company and we have dispatched to our customers so that we can appoint them as our permanent courier partner Unfortunately all the 5 orders sent through DTDC is still not delivered. All other customers received the package which are sent through other company services except yours.

Date of courier: 05.05.2018 ( 4 days over still not delivered)

We dont want to select you as our partner and get into trouble. Help us to get the products delivered tomorrow to avoid bad name from our customers to our company. Or else we will file a case in consumer forum for the losses we incurred because of your non delivery.

I being a customer of your courier service hereby like to inform you that i couriered my package from Alipurduar To Jalpaiguri (LIC OFFICE) but it went to siliguri my docket number is K09521763 please rectify the problem as soon as possible

Worst service ...My status shows delivered ...but I never received any parcel .THIS WAS DONE TWO TIMES ...i don't know to whom they have delivered my parcel..
