DTDC Courier & Cargo — loss of business (delivered parcel in damaged condition) | |||
I would like to complain against dtdc courier. We have our trading business and we do courier "thermal paper roll" through dtdc many a times so we did this time as well. We had couriered a parcel of thermal paper rolls in well packed and intact way through dtdc-padmapukur (New) fr kf 2131, while it was delivered (Dt-29-july-17) to our party at coochbehar it was all torn and damaged condition. For your better reference we have attached the photographs of the packaging of the boxes before and after shipping and delivery (Inside / outside / before), tracking slip and invoice. Due to this we had to lost our customer as they required the material on an urgent basis. Now tell me who is responsible for this business loss and how would you like to resolve the matter?? I have lost my business with my coochbehar party as i was not able to deliver the goods on time and in well packed. Was this information helpful? | |||
