It is very sad and unhappy with service for my courier from mumbai to surat with detail in bill attach. First of all i have lost my very important document (Car rc book) even after they lost my document i am not getting co-operation and further support to obtain fir from ur side. Have to spend my time and money for further process. I will be very happy if i get my fir from destination address location as early as possible.

I had booked an order for Mysuru with pin code 570005, but in dtdc online tracking tool it's showing wrong destination as Bangalore and pincode as 560010. I tried calling customer care numbers also, no one is responding on those numbrrs. Please correct the destination and pin code accordingly.
