Hi iam prashanthi, we couriered food items on Saturday 17 apr 2021 awb number# D65242031 from medipally center NTPc to East marredpally Secundrabad the we received our parcel on 22nd Apr thursday but all food items were stolen or ate by the DTDC service men which was not acceptable We should get delivered by 20th Apr but the service guy updated as not delivered (RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE (CIR)) We are not even informed or the service guy didnt even call us We went to source NTPC DTDC we did multiple follow ups they gave us phone number when we called that guy phone was switched off for 2 days Bownpally DTDC center kept our parcel for 4 days from the day it reached the destination +5 photos Was this information helpful?
