Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of delivery of an order do that I placed from DTDC which was scheduled to be delivered on July 24, 2024 in Chennai from Mumbai. Despite multiple follow-up attempts on my part, the product has not been delivered, and I have faced significant inconvenience as a result.
On several occasions, I contacted your customer service team to inquire about the status of my delivery. However, not only did I not receive a satisfactory response, but on my last call, the customer care representative also cut the call abruptly, leaving my issue unresolved.
This level of service is unacceptable and falls far short of my expectations. As a valued customer, I believe I deserve timely delivery of the products I purchase and respectful, helpful customer service.
I am requesting earnest action on such as delivering the product immediately, providing a refund, or other compensation.
