DTDC Courier & Cargo — Material not reached after 7 days

Address:Murshidabad, West Bengal, 742212

A material booked on 24.05.2017 from farakka murshidabad west bengal for kolkata 17 and the same arrived at kolkata branch on 25.05.17 but up to today i.e. 30.05.17 the packet not delivered though I contact the kolkata office twice and every time they said that it will be delivered today. So it mean I shall have to make another path to receive the same.

My DTDC Tracking No. H01124144, from warangal to Raipur booked on 16th May, 17 has not reached yet on 25-05-17. kindly clarify and privide me the reason. I tried lot many calls. your website is also not updated.
