DTDC Courier & Cargo — mental harassment and late delivery | |||
I am sender from pune thakur khatri documents i wanted to send to mumbai santa cruz. On date 16/11/17 at afternoon at 1pm lady told me if i want slow service or fast i asked for fast service which was charge rs240/- after 2 days delivery not sent but on dtdc portal it was showing that the delivery address the person not available when i called the call center and went to dtdc in pcmc where i booked the document. To send they said that the person not available at location when i called my receiver he said he was all along from 2 days haven’t went out from home. I managed to find a number of mumbai location called so person said they did fake update they will received parcel by today. I spoke to call center for 23times with all different person the lady agree that they did mental harassment of customer miss dipali. I want composite. They send me emails with the loop where they agree that the fake delivery status updating. Mine documents were urgents i wasted my whole day behind the people of dtdc i need composite.
