Dear DTDC,
I would like to inform you that I am very disappointed with your service. I booked the order 11feb and after so many calling and update i didn't received my order till now. today morning i called customers service. They said today 1st half you get your order . After that i called Mandsur DTDC office than first he said call me next 10mint. i said ok. after that next 20mint i called . He said your order is in Indore . I said morning one of your executive said today you will get and now you said we didn't receive. Than he started shouting on me. I said pls use soft language. After that he said this is my tone . And after that he start loud voice. And didn't get any information on my order.
He was used very wrong word with me. If you hire this kind of people than its very problematic for customer .
I request please don't hire this kind of people at your place. Because these kind of people are waste for customer or company .
