I sent a courier specifically asking the basic/normal package. The lady at the counter confirmed the delivery to be in 5 business days. Since then, i am getting repeated calls from two ladies for payment of balance amount as the shipment was sent through air (Which i never requested).
This is pure harassment.
The reason cited is - "she's new and did a mistake". My instructions were clear and am not going to shell out additional money for mistakes done by dtdc employees.
Please have this rectified.
