DTDC Courier & Cargo — misbehaviour of delivery man

Dtdc delivery man arrived at midnoon, senior citizen was at home who opened the door with chain on, the man misbehaved, shouted at the lady for keeping the doorchained, what the hell is this? Why r we supposed to answer him for oursecurity measures,
Pod:k31978668, expect authorities to take proper strict action agnst such staff n demand an apology asap.

My courier box unable to despatch

Parcel sent from sodepur kolkata on 1st may 2019 but still i have not got the parcel when i ask dtdc they said parcel returned and not given proper solution and response.when i call to the dtdc they said inform you later but still not a single information about parcel.i dont know how they return the parcel without delivering.
