DTDC Courier & Cargo — mishandled courier and not yet received

My courier has been thoroughly mishandled and still today don't know if i am going to get the courier or not. It was moved to different branches within nagole area. I spoke to the customer care (After many attempts someone picked up!), i was told my area does not have service and it is in nagole branch. Asked me to collect from there, i accepted and went to branch and they mentioned that it is not yet in the branch but annojiguda branch. It is a simple address and i get hundreds of consignment in a month and don't know why they are playing this game!
Everytime my experience shows that dtdc is the worst courier service ever!

I have send the courier no. Z27538139 on dated 06.11.19 but courier not received till now but in the online courier status check its show to delivered on dated 08.11.19 so please share the details & contact number of receiver so that we can track our courier.

Dtdc not try to any communication and show their website tracking status as door closed or office lock.2 mobile number include the percel.no representative contact to any one number and say door lock
