DTDC Courier & Cargo — misleading tracking record | |||
My tracking record was showing that my parcel has been delivered successfully to me but in reality i have not received my parcel. I checked my track history and contacted to that dtdc courier service which was claiming that they had delivered me. I called them they said that delivery boy was not able to deliver due to any personal reason. I have to go there. They were saying that they will deliver that parcel within one or two days and i cant trust them anymore so i collected that parcel myself. Was this information helpful? | |||
