14th Oct : DTDC delivered my shipment to my address, when I checked the shipment it was not what I had ordered.
15th Oct : DTDC guys came and told me that they made a mistake in the deliver and my parcel was delivered to some one else. They collected the parcel I had and left, however, I kept a part of the parcel with me as security and told them I would give it when I get my parcel.

16th Oct : (Waited for a day)
17th Oct : called the courier to inquire about the parcel, he said he will get it.
18th Oct : Called again he said we don't work on Sundays.
19th Oct : Waited for the courier to call but no response
20th Oct : Called him, he said he has left the job and gave me another number to call ([protected]) This number was constantly switched off
21st Oct : Called on [protected] switched off
22nd Oct : Called the customer service [protected] spoke to an advisor who said I need to call his senior and shared her number ([protected]-Deepali) I asked him to transfer the call to her he said we DO NOTHAVE THAT OPTION. Told him to stay online and called that number but there was no response. As she did not answer the CSR transferred my call to his Floor Support (Abhishek) who asked me what's MY ISSUE. I was so frustrated and I asked him learn from the executive what's the issue as I wont repeat my self after being on the call for 25 mins. He kept saying I cant help you if you do not tell me the issue and will disconnect the call if I (customer) does not co-operate.
Please help get this query sorted and listen to the call I have made.
