Misrouted my courier given for Allahabad but went to Jhansi branch dispatched on 25 October 2016 & till 2 November 2016 not reached at Allahabad . Personally got so much trouble my younger brother came from Kolkata & due to not getting keys which i had couriered for him he stands for 5-6 hours to make duplicate keys & also suffered a lot due to DTDC courier mist outing . I want apologise letter & what loss I bearded of rs 2000 that also I want as claim .POD no : B36459955
