I had sent a courier through dtdc from ludhiana to bangalore on 5th october 2017 The courier weighed 6 kgs when dispatched. The courier that was received at bangalore on 10th october, 2017 was tampered with and 1 article was missing. On finding the same i immediately rushed to the dtdc courier services from where i had sent my courier but mr singh helplessness in the issue and refused any kind of help in this issue.
