DTDC Courier & Cargo — missing

Hi,
I’m renjith living in uk. I have sent a parcel from london to trivandrum on 26/05/2018, i’m not at all happy with the service which you provided. I am mentioning below the services which made me disappointed.
1) 12.5kg they charged me £60.75 including handling charge.
2) they did not provide me a proper invoice.
3) it took more than 3 weeks to deliver.
4) missing one expensive t shirt and 3 boxes of sweets.

Package no Z 62949968 has been stuck in somewhere and dont delivered to the destination.
Is this a courier service for which i paid 160 rs its rabbish.
