I sent this mail at the customer support and at the company secretary's mail I'd and no response or action has been taken regarding my issue.
This is to inform you that I want to register a complaint and none of the dtdc's online customer care numbers are working, so I have to now write a mail regarding my complaint. I want to bring this to the notice of the top management that there is no one available from the dtdc company's side to look into the matter seriously. We are seriously facing a lot of problem and chaos because of the wrong delivery and the missing courier.
I sent a courier from India (Delhi) to England (Manchester), on 27th September 2018 with the consignment number as N20427328.
The courier was delivered with my courier slips on the outside, but the inner parcel did not belong to me.
This is what they received and that is not what I had originally sent, I am assuming the courier got exchanged somewhere in the dtdc department and my original courier is still missing. The slips have my consignment number but the courier packet has different consignment number.
Below are the attached images. Kindly take immediate action. It's been a long time and no action has been taken. The two courier slips belong to me but the actual courier packet/product that is delivered is not mine.
