DTDC Courier & Cargo — Missing Item

I have bookedDTDC Courier to send Lenovo tab on 02/02/2016 and it has reached destination in two days with empty box . i have complained regarding this on same day itself but till date DTDC is just doing time pass and telling me that we are doing all the necessary things to return Money which was quoted while booking courier.

they are taking more than 3 weeks to trace out one courier item and to start further processing for returning money. Consignment No: V27796487
