This is so irresponsible from dtdc and its staff that after 20 days my parcel didn't reached its location
And the worst is that when i call customer service they dont pick up the phone

Parcel was booked from Bareilly to haridwar return my parcel or compensate me with rs 5000 as items was worth of it

I had sent an courier to palakkad from thirurangadi on 01/03/17 still its not delivered. i called palakkad regional office of dtdc theysaid we will check and inform. they not yet informed me. now 4 days over. its urgent thing. tracking id is:R25282112
