DTDC Courier & Cargo — missing thing

I am md sarfraz, i had sent a courier to own faimily. Firstly, it took almost 7-8 days. Secondly, four pair shoes thing was missing.in the package. D47093267 date parcel[protected] courier give from dtdc narela bus stand. Delhi 110040

Seriously, dtdc are this employee my shoes theft. How you guys can open someone's parcel and if you do, how can you theft.
