My consignment delivery pin code was 763008 but in online the destination pin code is showing 673008 and my consignment is diverted to wrong pin code to kerala instead to odisha and not delivered yet.

I am giving daily mail and reminder to dtdc but they are not taking any action and not also not replying.

I have the more expensive item in this.

I want to inquire about my parcel with Shipment Tracking Number : K15455903.

The status is stuck saying "Forwarded to Berhampur". The last status was on 12th November 19:27 hours . There is no update after that. Can you please help me with the status of the parcel.
