DTDC Courier & Cargo — My consignment is not traceable and loss. Support team is not providing any information

Hi,

I had send my important consigmnet through dtdc on 13/feb/2017 from bangalore to destination gonda (Pin - 271001) but this has not been reached to desired destination and lost in between. Dttc customer care has no information for my connment -
At online it is showing that it has reached to delhi on 14th and from delhi it has not reached to gorakhpur (Dttc sent) yet and lost.

When i talked to dtdtc customer care they are not updating the status frompast 3 days.

It has already breeched the sla of deleviering.

I want dttc to pay panelty for this.

DTDC Cosignment No. X16737655 was sent from Gurgaon on 10th Feb. 2017 & suppose to delivered at Bangalore end .It was showing that they already delivered at Bangalore end . But my company didn't receive that courier at their end . Kindly Intervene to clarify the issue .and also arrange revert mail regarding who got package & name of that person .
