DTDC Courier & Cargo — My consignment was not delivered to my address and wrong information update on Tracking website | |||
Dear Sir, Tracking No- K39372151 My consignment was booked from Kolkatta on 23.07.2022 and reached Raipur on 24.07.2022. But it was not delivered till 29.07.2022 and wrongly update on DTDC tracking website which is mentioned below Date wise --- 1) Date25.07.22 Address incomplete 2) Date27.07.22 Address incomplete 3) Date27.07.22 Receiver refused delivery 4) Date28.07.22 Receiver refused delivery Finally I had contacted DTDC Raipur branch and collect the consignment on 29.07.2022 at around 7.00PM. Please do the needful otherwise I am going for legal action because consignment was medicine and may it effects my life. Image Attached for your kind reference.
