DTDC Courier & Cargo — my courier did not reach destination even after 12 days | |||
I sent a courier to kolkata, firstly dtdc sent my pckage to a wrong delivery site and on calling every different person asks for different details. One person said they cant deliver to the said pincode. Another peraon said that they have recorded a different pincode. After sending the receipt also there is no whereabouts of my courier. Their customer care seems busy all day and even if you get lucky through the call they are not giving any answer of when courier will reach. Very bad service.
