Hello sir/mam, i have submitted my courier on 21/11/17. My product didn't delivered and still missing. I have submitted the courier in sanjayanagar branch bangalore, they only say that we are tracking. I told them to register my complaint but they refused that time and and take this matter till 5/12/17 without any reason, then on 5/12/17 they told me to write application and said that it will take 20-30 days. Please note here-from 23/11/17 to 5/12/17 they refused to take my complaint now they are saying that it will take 1 month to processed.. It's not my fault remember this!!! Ok fine after that the branch assistant told me go and take a print out of your product bill and dtdc receipt, i did that. She told me we will forward your complaint today. I went there after a week and what i see she didn't forward my application what the hell is this?? We all are waiting for my product refund since 1 month and you are giving service like this. She told me again i will send the application today, after some days i went again to know the status of my refund she said manager is not here he is on vacation in singapur come on 23/12/17. Now today i call her and she said manager is not here and lieing me tht you didn't submit the product and dtdc bill. Now it's too much. Either solve my problem in 24 hours or we are going to register a fraud case against dtdc because it's your service why custome will wait till months.
