DTDC Courier & Cargo — my courier is not yet delivered. it's been 13 days!!

Myself ramya i've couriered a package through dtdc on 11/07/2020 from vijayawada to hyderabad which was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. If i check the status on dtdc website its shown as package is in transit. But, its not delivered yet to me. Also, i've gone to dtdc office and called their customer care many-a-times but have not recieved good response form them regarding my package. Everytime i'm being told that i'll be given information on it but nothing is been told to me. Its already been 13 days and there is no information on my courier. I need it urgently. Kindly help me in this issue. Thanks, ramya.
