DTDC Courier & Cargo — my courier is not yet returned consignment no : d40727097

I have booked my parcel on mar 7 and the destination is ahmedabad. Due to some reason parcel is not accepted by the receiver side. Dtdc started the return process. The parcel reached back to salem dtdc processing center, due to their mishandling the consignment went back to receiver address again. Now dtdc is not able to track parcel location. Its a very costly product. Please help me to solve this. Need a parcel on good condition. Who will be responsible for the product now.

I was courier my one of dress but your service boy told me that "i am unable to doing the service.
The area is restricted for me, if you want you will come and collect your parsel.I will not come"

Courier shipment booked on 27th march 2018 at 5.30, courier type is lite but till 31 march 2018 7:00 Pm Not received courier shipment,
4 times called to DTDC customer care but not responded correctly.

I don’t recive my courier and when I tracked it than I found status is it’s delivered successfully but I don’t know where so plz gave me a reply about my courier
