DTDC Courier & Cargo — my courier returned without contact us

M a seller, my corrier for my customer dispatched on 6th october.. After 10th october to 20th october i tried calling the dtdc corrier in kannur, kuthuparamba and thalasser.. The three corrier office didnt take the call. On 20th october i go to office.. They tell it is returned on 10th october.. They didnt call us and also didnt take our call.. My customer now firing me. My track id is z39225801
