DTDC Courier & Cargo — my courier was empty and the box was torn

Address:C-wing, Flat- 204 Kandpile Residency, plot no. 292/2, takka panvel, dist. Raigad- 410206. Navi Mumbai., Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 410206

The courier was coming from aligarh (202001) it was than at bhiwandi warehouse for 4 days. I received the courier on 2nd march, 2019. The box was empty, had holes and the product was missing. Thats very unprofessional. And highly disappointing. Please take action against the same as soon as possible. I am not getting no updates on the same.

Dont want to drag it in court.
