On 26th march, 06:14 pm your DTDC delivery boy came to deliver My Live plant. But I refused to receive it. the reason is as below-
MY tracking no. is- D41427517. at your DTDC services, my LIVE PLANT from nursery live booking initiated on 17th March. Till 20th March, the progress is fine of DTDC. BEtween 20 march to 25 march, no tracking record. i could understand if there could have been any holiday, but on that period there is no holiday, still no records. today on 26th March, it's reaching me. I continuously called your customer care every day to make it fast but everyone is giving 24 hr TAT.
So, will my plant will be live from 17th March to 26th March without water and sunlight. you say. I even offered the delivery boy to open the plant and show me, if still, it is alive, I could have taken it. but he refused, so I also refused to receive. It's been 10 days with 5 live plants without sunlight and water. it is obvious, it is dead. then what will I do with dead plants. that's y it's totally your service fault. so I want to refund my money Was this information helpful? |
