DTDC Courier & Cargo — my parcel has lost by rohtak dtdc branch.

A parcel has done to me from Jaipur to my Home address Rohtak on 08.06.19, and it was done DTDC Plus because a costly item was in it. One week passed away but my parcel in not delivered to me. After online inquiry it is come to know that parcel has been received by Rohtak branch i.e. Dtdc office shop no-6, Shubham Complex Rohtak on 10.0619. But they have lost it. Now they are making excuse and saying you can do our complaint head office we can noting do, head office well resolve your problem.
sir, Therefore you are requested file our case and help me to find my parcel.
