DTDC Courier & Cargo — My parcel is cut by anyone and theft electronics gadget

My company send Diwali gift by DTDC courier from Hyderabad. In between transport and delivery courrier packet is cut and my electronics gadget is theft. I also compaint on DTDC Customer support but no one give response from last 8 days. MY Consignment NO: H33886913
