Hello,

Consignment number k15408531 is dispatched from bhagalpur on 10th oct to nagamangala city of mandya district in karnataka. Till date it's showing as reached hassan city and delivery is delayed since customer requested for other day for delivery. Customer has not received any call from dtdc for delivery. They package has reached wrong address. It should be sent to nagamangla of mandya district. Nobody is responding at dtdc office. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
