DTDC Courier & Cargo — my parcel still not received

Address:BARASAT,NABAPALLY, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700126

My tracking id is z86944419 which is not delivered in my address. Last status shown as received at local dtdc hub and i am also going there to enquiry my parcel status but they can not help me out of it and giving me different kind of excuses. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

it is been more than 10 days but still they did not give me any kind of help.
My parcel coming from Delhi.
