DTDC Courier & Cargo — My Priority parcel was ROd without a single phone call to me

I've been sent a priority parcel by paying huge amount from Hyderabad to Lucknow. The delivery executive didn't even call me and has RTOd the order.

I needed it urgently but DTDC doesn't care.
