DTDC Courier & Cargo — My product has not been picked up despite being scheduled almost a month before

Address:Sarakki, Bangalore

My product was scheduled to be picked up on 23rd December. However, DTDC has never bothered to pick it up. Explanations provided:
1. Delivery boy claims he has wrongly been assigned - 26th December.
2. Called Customer care almost 10 times. They keep saying they will revert back but never do.
3. Branch manager claims he shifted and doesn't provide contact details.
4. None of the branches pick up the phone. Either unreachable, busy or incorrect numbers.
I need some help please!
