I placed one order for my product delivery (Jammu (India to singapore) n97567977
My courier haven't reached to it's destination (Singapore) yet, it's been more than 12 days, they told me it will take just a week to reach & also the online status is showing wrong (Held in switzerland branch)

It includes medicines, which were needed, on the urgent basis.
