DTDC Courier & Cargo — my product not delivery it's been 7 days and told me to delivery next day

I sent an parcel from jaipur hub dtdc to gurgaon.. They said to me that parcel will be deliver next day but its been 7 day parcel isn't deliver and there is no any status update on parcel... And office employees don't even give proper response... It was really urgent for me to deliver that parcel... My tracking id no of parcel is..- z53391790... Please help me out sir this... Thanku

Hi My courier booked on 20th Feb form Patna to Vindhyanagar (M.P.) 486886. The courier tracking show's 28th Feb out for delivery but till now I have not received courier tracking no.is K09216526.

What is this you were not able to deliver one parcel from Delhi to Noida in 5days shipped on 1st March and on urgent basis promised, 3rd March Delivery but what is this awb-Z49430645
And they are important documents submitted to be earlier
