Courier person booked my courier for wrong address though given me slip with right address and pincode and now the parcel is untraceable. With docket number d44886161 written on slip but he put wrong slip on courier with docket number d448859. Booked on 29 the november 2018 for delhi 110015 not reached till date from obra 231219 Containing clothes worth rs 5000 No action taken even after complaining at number of places. +2 photos Was this information helpful? DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 10, 2018 Updated by ankita05 It's been 10 days ideally it should have reached me in Maximum 4 days but no person is responding properly just juggling me from here to there giving different numbers to be call and tell them my ordeal again and again. I needed that package before 11 th of December but today is 10 the of December and no response yet I have sent 4-5 mails 2 days back but still not received my packet tired of mails and contacting people one should never trust DTDC worst courier service in India with very irresponsible and unresponsive and unprofessional staff. Dec 10, 2018 Updated by ankita05 My docket number is D446161 on slip given to me and the booking person says he has put wrong slip on customer containing docket number - D44886159. I have called. N number of people from different places who could help me tracing my packet but no response and no response to mails also Also he asked me to wait for a day and he will trace my packet and contact me now he is not even receiving my calls after all this blunder that he had done. still problem not resolved by DTDC, my courier not delivered or not returned to me. Still it s pending from 1st of Dec 18.
After 20 days issue not resolved. I have despatched a courier on 01 dec 18 abd after 10 days i have complaint in consumer care but still courier company not resolve the issue. Please resolve the issue.

On Nov 17th we had booked the consignment at Hebbal DTDC office. It has not reached the regional office even after one month..
Now they say they are searching the consignment..They are even responding properly..
This is height of irresponsibility..
Most irritating and irresponsible service ever.
Either give the parcel back or money back..
