DTDC Courier & Cargo — N95 Masks

I have booked a consignment (C.N-D[protected] on the 15th of July at Surat to Duliajan by Air. And the consignment was received at Guwahati and sent it to Tinsukia sorting office on 19th of July (the distance between Guwahati and Tinsukia is 200Km) and had received at Tinsukia on 24th which looks very much unusual to see to cover a distance of 200km in 3 days though it is by road. Now from Tinsukia to Duliajan, it is 45 mins journey and they took 4 days to reach Duliajn from Tinsukia. Because of your poor speed of delivery I have lost a huge amount of money and commitments in front of my customer. As it was an essential item and considering a good service at DTDC I have booked in your courier. Now I am disappointed and fade up with the responsibility of your service to deliver such an important product.
