Above mentioned agency is not delivering parcels on time. They have taken agency of so many courier company and for most of the delivery they are calling customers and asking them to collect from their shop in chotta chowk, Nahan. They really don't have manners to talk with customer.
they keep parcel with them and change the status to delivered evertime. This time also they are having my parcel from last 5 days and just waiting to collect from their shop so that they need not to deliver.
My Parcel number is DZ79053970.
i have several time did complain but no corrective action have been taken against this agency. Please find below complain which i did on portal of dtdc, but they are closing the tickets without solving the issue.
