DTDC Courier & Cargo — negligence of management & lack of communication from the delivery service (dtdc)

We sent the package on 13 sep 2018 from dtdc tirunelveli (Ktc nagar) the package was not delivered at the sent location. They have not informed anything about it until we contacted them. There was no proper response from either customer care or the local service persons. On 8th oct 2018 we got the package back after continuously following up with them. The package was completely damaged - it was wet and attacked by rats. The clothing inside it is beyond any use & nothing is left of the food items. This is only because of the complete negligence of the dtdc management. We have decided to file a complaint at the consumer court.

Hai i am narrmadha located at vellore. I am about to receive the consignment on october 6 2018 but after tracking it says that consignment has been redirected. What does it mean? And when it will come to my address? Firs of all whether it will come to me?
