CN NO/ Z 82322336 DT 26.12.2018 from Ludhiana is pending delivery at my home @ Bhubaneswar Bhimatangi as on date. On my several enquires with your main office & with Mancheswar BHUBANESWAR office I have neither got any cooperation nor a positive response.

Is it for this inordinate delay that customers depend on DTDC service?

Please facilate immediate delivery of the consignment at my place of residence immediately.
