DTDC Courier & Cargo — no delivery of my courier since a week

Address:Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, 522503

I have to receive courier from kannur kerala with consignment number r26665992. Since 8days from shipping of my courier i'm not received. Tracking details showing just booked at facility. No body responding upto now. Cutomer support team saying that courier is not sending through dtdc, it is sending through some private persons. It is not fair to dtdc
