DTDC Courier & Cargo — no flexibility to deliver as per customer availability | |||
I usually do a lot of online shopping and the items get delivered to my home. I am a working women wouldn't be available at home all the time. Whenever i get delivery thru DTDC, i had a tough time. I have requested many times to deliver before 12 noon, but the response from the person is "we will come at this time only, if you want to collect be at home else we will give to neighbours or we will send it back mentioning as door locked ". I don't like my neighbours collecting on my behalf. With this service, i am requesting online sellers specifically not to deliver thru DTDC. My query is "Does DTDC work this way?Don't they value their customers?" Was this information helpful? | |||
