DTDC Courier & Cargo — No home delivery from DTDC

DTDC service is too unprofessional. They called me yesterday to say that I should pickup the parcel from their office because it is raining and they do not deliver while it's raining. They claimed to return my package back if it kept raining for the next 2-3 days. The next day, another person from same branch office called to inform that parcel has been delivered wrong to their address and my area does not come under their delivery range. Now I have to go 5kms from my home to pickup the parcel! WORST SERVICE EVER!! DTDC office details: Street Number 6, Raj Vihar, Ballupur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248006 Was this information helpful?
