Hi Team, This is in reference to the Courier with AWB No K13925739 which I booked on August 23rd, 2018 from Behala, Kolkata DTDC office. Its been 8 days and the courier haven't yet been dispatched nor any updates available. DTDC has got a pathetic disorganised services and I am really disappointed. Courier not delivered it shows out for delivery on 23rd aug then miss route not Update from then and courier person didn't call me. Tommorrow on 26th is Rakshabandhan and sunday also and in that courier my sister send me Rakhi, You are responsible for this...i want my courier by tommorrow...Worst courier ever DTDC...
