DTDC Courier & Cargo — no online tracking option for international courier & no receipt for amount paid

Recently (Last saturday) i have sent an international courier to malaysia from hosakerehalli, bangalore branch. Now i am unable to track it using the tracking number n20987570. Whenever i tried to track online in their website, it is showing error in tracking number. I tried customer care and they are forwarding to other people who is not responsible in answering my query. Also they didn't provide any sort of receipt which mentions amount paid and they gave only acknowledgement copy.
