DTDC Courier & Cargo — Non delivery and no response from officials

We had provided a document to DTDC office gurgaon on 9th may 2016 and the consignee location is also in gurgaon but the courier is not delieverd by them till yet and when i tried for phone calls sometimes they cut my phone after receiving my complaint or sometimes some official give me some another contact details and when i make a call on such number they again cutted my phone and told me to call to another officials.
This is to inform you that due to your some irresponsible staff a negative image has been created in my mind. I am sharing your the contact details of those who provide me such contact numbers
[protected] = The guy cutted my phone and told me call to customer care number i have a call recording of such guy
[protected]= this guy also told me the same

So please take a strict action against these officials otherwise we are going for legal action for mental harassment and non efficiency in services

My DTDC consignment "V15947220" sent to me by my brother from chennai on 24th feb 2014 is shown to be delivered on 28th feb 2014 .its already 3rd march and i haven't recieved it. Also no one picks up on customer care.please help me.
